Behavioral Health Intervention Services/Child Mental Health Services Worker
Interested candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services or a related field. Experience working with children and/or families is preferred. Travel is required to client home and possibly to surrounding counties. Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Must be computer literate. Must be self motivated and able to work independently. Must possess excellent time management skills. Must be able to work well with a variety of people and have a strong desire to improve the lives of those they will work with. Positions would be working with children and their families to improve the family’s skills in the following areas: anger management, communication, relationships, decision making, feeling identification and expression skills. Mental Health Therapist
Interested candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Mental Health or a related field. Candidate must be fully licensed to practice in the State of Iowa, as an LISW, LMHC, LMSW, or LMFT. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as the opportunity to work flexible hour if desired. We work with many children and families in our practice. We also work with individuals, families and couples who are struggling in various areas of their life. Candidate must be outgoing, personable, possess excellent listening, diagnostic and clinical skills. Must be computer literate and self-motivated. Must be timely with deadlines and show great attention to detail when it comes to paperwork. Must also be willing to collaborate with others and be very self-motivated. We are looking for a clinician who has a heart for children and families. Also someone who has the desire to work with couples/marital issues and adults/children who are going through a rough patch in their lives.
